How much is a patient worth?
 
   
  It is important for you to know how much each patient is worth. By knowing your
patient’s estimated value you can set realistic goals for the number of new patients you
need to see in order to reach short and long-term revenue goals.

Estimated Formula: Take your “Total Billed Dollars” for one year, divide that number by
the number of individual patients seen per year and that is your estimated one year
“Patient Worth”. (For more accurate estimate: Consider 5 year total.)

Keep in mind: How many patients do you need to gain to “justify” marketing for your
practice?
